Mark Azevedo, 43, of South China, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait and hunter age 1-16 without adult or safety course, both Oct. 31 in South China; $300 in fines.

Loretta Barton, 46, of Augusta, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs July 28 in Augusta; $400 fine, 18-month Department of Corrections sentence.

Jonathan L. Beaulieu, 43, of Sidney, criminal mischief, assault and aggravated forgery, all Sept. 13 in Farmingdale and Augusta; $850 in restitution, 18-month jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years of probation.

Timothy F. Bragg, 35, of Sidney, assault June 16 in Augusta; $300 fine.
