M.D. Harmon loses his way in his column about the recent Paris climate agreement, (“Paris pact toothless, depends on voluntary limits on fossil fuels,” Dec. 18).
The column recites problems with the accord, but offers no ideas about what to do about carbon emissions, except for a vague non sequitur yearning for “a president who will act decisively to protect Americans’ hopes for future economic prosperity and stability.”
