WILTON — A candidates’ night that had been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Calzolaio Pasta Co. was canceled because of the storm that has dumped several inches of snow on the region.
The event, which was being held in advance of the special election next Tuesday to fill a vacant seat on the Wilton Board of Selectmen, will not be rescheduled, according to the Wilton Town Office.
Candidates for the seat include Irving Faunce, Jeffrey Rowe and Gerald Whitney. The election will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Town Office.
