Peter Deblois, 53, of Winthrop, operating under the influence of alcohol Nov. 7, 2015, in Winthrop; $500 fine.

Marcus D. Gardner, 24, of Augusta, violating conditions of release Dec. 17, 2015, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.
