A Beat the Winter Blues Brunch is planned from 9:30 a.m. until noon Saturday, Jan. 16, at Starling Hall, 2769 Main St., Route, 17, Fayette.
This second annual event cost $6 for adults, $3 for children and $20 for a family of six or more.

The brand new and special Starling Hall video, starring Fayette folks sharing their memories about the hall, will be shown.
Proceeds will benefit the Starling Hall renovation.
