DAMARISCOTTA — Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main St., will offer an opportunity to try Zumba Gold workout at 9:15 a.m. Friday, Jan. 15.
Zumba Gold is a modified lower-intensity Zumba class that introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
Jennifer Fortin, Spectrum Generations manager of Evidence Based Health and Wellness Programs and a licensed Zumba Gold instructor, is offering January and February classes at no charge.

Health, wellness and fitness classes offered at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, are open to the public. There is no membership fee and no age requirement.
