ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Tuesday at 8:18 a.m., Cheyenne L. Perkins, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant and a new charge of theft by receiving stolen property by police following up an investigation on Riverside Drive. A 40-year-old Augusta woman at the same time was issued a summons charging her with theft by receiving stolen property.

5:54 p.m., Colin Winter, 33, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear after turning himself in at the Kennebec County jail on State Street.

7:23 p.m., Thomas M. Lowrie, 32, of Augusta, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and a probation hold by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Bangor Street.

Wednesday at 5:32 a.m., William F. Dingus, 42, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant and a new charge of operating after suspension during a traffic stop on Hospital Street.
