Events added online will remain online until they take place. It’s to your benefit to post events online as soon as possible. If you submit events online routinely, we’ll give you login permissions to allow you to edit your entries, whether information needs to be updated or an event has been canceled or moved.

Calendars are exported seven days in advance, so events added after the one-week deadline will appear online only.
