AUGUSTA — A Winslow man was sentenced Thursday to two years in prison for assaulting a woman in her apartment on Aug. 10, 2015, and leaving her with a number of injuries to her face.

Thomas David Bouchard, 23, pleaded guilty at the Capital Judicial Center to the assault and one count of violating conditions of release, both on the same day, and an additional count of violating condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest that occurred June 9, 2015, in Winslow.

Bouchard has two previous assault convictions, both in Somerset County.

In exchange for his pleas, a charge of aggravated assault was dismissed.

The assault victim told police Bouchard was “highly intoxicated” when the assault occurred.

At a hearing Wednesday at the Capital Judicial Center, a Westbrook man pleaded guilty to having more than 14 grams of cocaine in his possession Feb. 22, 2015, in Augusta.

Marktese J. Frazier, 26, formerly of Lyman, was sentenced to three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation. He also admitted criminal forfeiture of a .38-caliber special handgun.

Frazier was ordered to pay $140 in restitution and a $400 fine.

In exchange for his plea, the state dismissed a charge of having a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle.

A number of other people also were sentenced Wednesday at the Capital Judicial Center:

• Justin Buker, 26, of Waterville, criminal mischief June 10, 2015, in Rome; 60-day jail sentence (credit for time served), $750 restitution.

• Talline M. Blakeslee, 34, of Waterville and formerly of Clinton, two counts each of violating conditions of release and misuse of identification, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 8-Aug. 15, 2015, in Waterville and Winslow; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year administrative release, $695.73 restitution.

• Anthony Englesbobb, 29, of Augusta and Brooklyn, New York, unlawful possession of cocaine March 1, 2015, in Chelsea; six-month jail sentence concurrent with another sentence, $400 fine.

• Jack V. Gordon, 21, of China, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and motor vehicle speeding July 19, 2015, and operating while license suspended or revoked May 28, 2015, all in Winslow; $900 in fines.

• Ryan M. Gormley, 24, of Madison, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 28, 2014, in Waterville; 14-day jail sentence, $500 fine, one-year license suspension.
