FAIRFIELD — Fairfield Center United Methodist Church will honor its Wesleyan roots during the next three Sundays. On Jan. 10, the Rev. Eveline Starbird will celebrate founder John Wesley’s Covenant Communion Service. On Jan. 17 and 24, Dr. Richard Hunt will address the history of Methodism in Maine and its roots in Fairfield Center and neighboring communities.
