ARRESTS

1:33 p.m., Darrell S. Palmer, 70, of Farmingdale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court and a charge of operating while license suspended.

IN WINSLOW, Sunday at 5:20 p.m., Carl Russell Bragg II, 59, of Maple Street, Vassalboro, was arrested on Danielson Street on charges of violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.
