After 12 years of living in Gardiner, it is great to finally see the community coming together this holiday season.
The tree lighting had many more than twice the number of people in attendance from last year. The parade of lights was a roaring success. When we factor in Shop Small Saturday and the holiday theme variety show at Johnson Hall, something is happening in Gardiner every weekend this season.
The community has responded from the heart-breaking fire in the downtown this past summer. It is truly exciting to live in this small city.
