HARRISONBURG, Va. — Chandler Otis Dugal, of Sidney, was named to the 2015 fall semester dean’s list at James Madison University.

Dugal is scheduled to graduate in 2019 and is majoring in justice studies.

Students who earn dean’s list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.899.
