WINSLOW — The Winslow boys basketball team connected on 11 3-pointers on its way to a 74-65 Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference win over Skowhegan.

Keanu Earle had five 3-pointers and a game-high 23 points for Winslow (8-3), while Spencer Miranda buried four triples and finished with 18 points. Dylan Hutchinson added 12 points and five rebounds in the win.

Issac Witham and Garrett McSweeney led Skowhegan (5-6) with 20 and 17 points, respectively, while Brandan Curran chipped in with 15 points.

WATERVILLE 50, ERSKINE 32: Adam Barre, Devin Lebrun and Justin Kornsey combined to score all but eight of the Purple Panthers’ points in a KVAC win in South China.

Barre was the top scorer for Waterville (4-9) with 15 points, while Lebrun and Kornsey had 14 and 13 points, respectively.

Noah Bonsant had 11 points to lead Erskine (3-7).

OAK HILL 62, CARRABEC 49: Jonah Martin scored a game-high 16 points to spark the Raiders to the win in Wales.

Dalton Therrien added six points, seven assists and five steals for Oak Hill (4-9). Cohen Donnell chipped in 11 points and Matt Strout had seven points and seven rebounds.

Evan Holzworth scored 10 points for Carrabec (3-10).

HAMPDEN 66, LAWRENCE 57: A late run in the fourth quarter allowed the undefeated Broncos to pull away from the upset-minded Bulldogs for a KVAC win in Lawrence.

Lawrence (5-7) trailed by two entering the fourth quarter and tied the game on a few occasions before Hampden (11-0) distanced itself. Brendan McIntyre (17), Nick Gilpin (16) and Jake Black (15) led a balanced scoring effort for the Broncos.

Mason Cooper had 19 points while Seth Powers added 15 for the Bulldogs. J.T. Nutting scored his 15 points on five 3-pointers in the loss.

MADISON 82, MT. ABRAM 38: Mitch Jarvais scored 20 points to lead five Madison players with at least nine points in the Bulldogs’ Mountain Valley Conference victory in Salem.

Chase Malloy and Chris Beaman each had 15 points for Madison (10-2), while Matt Oliver and Ty Greene finished with 11 and nine points, respectively.

Dan Luce notched 14 points for Mt. Abram (2-11) in the loss.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

MESSALONSKEE 73, CONY 44: Sophie Holmes scored 25 points, including four 3-pointers, to pace the Eagles to the KVAC A win in Augusta.

Ally Turner added 12 points for Messalonskee (9-2) while McKenna Brodeur chipped in 10.

Cony (2-9) was led by Haley Ward with 17 points and Cate Silva with seven.

WATERVILLE 50, ERSKINE 27: Jordan Jabar scored a game-high 21 points in the Purple Panthers’ KVAC win in Waterville.

Mackenzie St. Pierre joined Jabar in double figures with 12 points for Waterville (6-7).

Mallory Weaver had a team-high six points for Erskine (2-8).

LAWRENCE 61, HAMPDEN 36: The Bulldogs jumped out to a 27-14 lead by halftime in their win in Hampden.

Nia Irving notched a game-high 24 points for Lawrence (12-0), while Hunter Mercier chipped in with 12.

Brooklyn Scott scored 14 points to pace Hampden (8-4).
