SKOWHEGAN — The following cases were closed Dec. 28, 2015, through Jan. 1, 2016, in Skowhegan District Court and Somerset County Superior Court.

Laura M. Anderson, 50, of Skowhegan, three counts of acquiring drugs by deception, Oct. 25, 2015, Nov. 23, 2015, and Nov. 30, 2015, and two counts of violating condition of release, both Nov. 30, 2015, all in Skowhegan; three-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but six months suspended, $400 fine, two years of probation.

Yuriy Y. Dorosinskiy 57, of Denver, Colorado, commercial vehicle rule violation: possessing or using alcohol on duty June 25, 2015, in Pittsfield; $250 fine.

Jeffrey D. Douglass, 38, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 2, 2015, in Fairfield; three-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but four months suspended, two years of probation.

Jacab A. Irish, 24, of Palmyra, illegal transportation of animal or bird Nov. 8, 2015, in Palmyra; $100 fine.

John W. Jacobsen, 42, of Palmyra, domestic violence assault Dec. 3, 2015, in Palmyra; 364-day jail sentence, all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation.

Michael A. Ouellet, 47, of Worthington, Massachusetts, violation of rule moose zone Nov. 5, 2015, in T5 R17; $300 fine.

Gil B. Rosebrook, 65, of Windham, supervising junior hunter who violates law Nov. 14, 2015, in The Forks; $100 fine.

Douglas R. Wyman, 35, of Canaan, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and criminal mischief, all July 6, 2015, domestic violence stalking, July 2, 2015, and violating protection from abuse order and violating condition of release, both July 24, 2015, violating condition of release, Sept. 7, 2015, all in Canaan, and two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument April 26, 2015, in Skowhegan; five-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but nine months suspended, three-year probation, $153.41 restitution.
