WATERVILLE — Free bus rides will be provided for the annual Winter Carnival event set for 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30.
The bus is scheduled to pick up participants at six stops around the city beginning at 10:45 a.m. to arrive at the Quarry Road Recreation Area at approximately 11:20 a.m.
Two return schedules are set to allow participants to stay at the event for just over an hour or for more than two hours. Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the bus and at the event. The trails and sledding hill will be open all day.
