ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Leonard Farrington, 50, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant for tampering with a witness.

Rupert R. Potter, 39, of Phillips, was arrested on a warrant for an unpaid fine.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:12 a.m., Gregory Allen Griffeth, 41, of Cornville, was arrested on charges of criminal restraint and obstructing report of a crime or injury.

10:01 p.m., Melvin Harry Hubbard, 20, of Waterville, was arrested on warrants for assault and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 9:20 p.m., John M. Zortman, 33, of Keith Street, Chelsea, was arrested on College Avenue on two arrest warrants.
