ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Richard Kelly III, 30, of Temple, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Gerard J. Devine, 52, of Chesterville, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 1:31 a.m., Lawrence Richard Knowles, 49, of Norridgewock, was arrested on two counts of violating the conditions of release and one count each of terrorizing and criminal mischief.

3:09 p.m., Eugene O. Houle, 24, of North Anson, was arrested on two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
