IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Justin A Meyer, 23, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Evan B. Bachelder, 23, of Whitefield, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 1:42 p.m., Joshua David York, 32, of Madison, was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines and fees.

3:17 p.m., David Roy Bateman, 46, of Ripley, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 8:01 a.m., Mathew A. Giguere, 29, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of theft.

9:31 a.m., Robert Steven Camera, 49, of Norridgewock, was arrested on Waterville Commons Drive on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to register vehicle and displaying fictitious license certificate.

9:44 p.m., Akeem D. Howard, 25, of Fairfield, was arrested on Temple Street on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, four counts of assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

SUMMONS
