Windsor Elementary seventh-grade student Riley Sullivan, of Windsor, was named the Middle School Winner of the Maine Secretary of State’s Native American History and Culture Essay Contest.

Rep. Lori Fowle, D-Vassalboro, welcomed Riley to the State House recently to be recognized for the accomplishment.
