9:36 p.m., Eric David Powell, 50, of Oakland, arrested on a warrant for an unpaid fine for operating after habitual offender designation.

Sunday at 6:30 a.m., Brandan Colson, 19, of Madison, arrested on a warrant for probation revocation.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 4:40 p.m., Craig P. Bailey, 25, of Waterville, arrested on College Avenue on charges of operating after suspension and with a suspended registration and violating the conditions of release.

No time listed, Kevin Coutu, 24, no address listed, arrested on a warrant.
