ARRESTS

Friday at 10:40 a.m., a 16-year-old whose identity police did not release was arrested and charged with possession of tobacco products by a minor and possession of marijuana.

Saturday at 12:28 a.m., Lisa Marie Whitney, 38, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

3:17 a.m., Jessica Jackson, 31, of Whitefield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a report of a disturbance on Melville Street.

3:17 a.m., Ian Watson, 29, of Mount Vernon, was arrested and charged with a violation of probation after a report of a disturbance on Melville Street.
