AUGUSTA — Leo Francis, a student at Winslow Elementary School, served as an honorary page during the Feb. 4 session. He helped deliver messages to senators and helped the chamber staff with their daily duties.
Leo was accompanied by Karen Francis, Kelvin Francis and Keith Bowles.

Leo also was welcomed to the State House by Sen. Scott Cyrway, R-Benton.
