MAJOR ITEMS APPROVED: Building a salt and sand shed on the site of the town’s former landfill, $405,300; entering into a 15-year agreement to send the town’s municipal solid waste to a proposed new biofeul plant in Hampden.

ATTENDANCE: 40.
CONTESTED ELECTIONS: Road commissioner (one-year term), Ronnie Finson, 100 votes; Bruce Hewins, 25 votes.
