Chesterville’s Town Meeting has been postponed from Monday to March 28 to allow more time for the budget to be put together, but an election for three municipal positions will still be held Monday.

The election will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Town Office.

Residents will elect two people to open three-year seats on the Board of Selectmen. The four candidates vying for the two seats are Patricia Hastings, Tiffany Estabrook, David Archer and Matt Lord.

Running for the one-year seat on the board, vacated by Selectman Scott Gray, are Anne Lambert, Matt Lord and Bob Clough.

Running uncontested for the open Regional School Unit 9 board of directors position is Craig Stickney.

Town Meeting was originally scheduled to take place Monday.
