After enduring many months of political debating, with careful observation, one can see how far our country has been desensitized. The debates, which are no more than cheap entertainment, demonstrate some uses of freedom of speech that are ruining our country’s reputation and eternal security.
The loose usage of godly words is stupid and guaranteed not to please God. The horrendous misusage of the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is beyond belief, for a nation called one nation under God.
Holy, holy, holy are the words used to describe God in the Bible. What do you suppose God is going to do to the people that lay claim to their freedom of speech here? Cows, mackerel, etc., are not holy.
“Oh, we really don’t mean anything by it,” we say. That’s because we’ve been desensitized to it.
Let’s get a grip and get back to God, and I believe most people believe in God. Incidentally, I’m not being “holier-than-thou.” I’m being holy because God’s Bible says to. Furthermore, I’d like to see a presidential candidate run on the platform of One Nation Under God.
