IN CLINTON, Monday at 11:42 a.m., Kyle S. Johnson, 27, of Webb Road, Canaan, was arrested on two charges of endangering the welfare of a child, attaching false plates, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and smoking in a vehicle with a juvenile under age 16.

5:57 p.m., Mark J. Cote, 28, of Main Street, Burnham, was arrested on Hinckley Road two warrants.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 12:30 a.m., Michael Marks, 36, of Wilton, was arrested on a probation hold.

11:20 p.m., Steven Pare, 48, of Jay, was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines.
