Farmingdale Spirit of American chapter will celebrate April, National Volunteer Month, by recognizing two Hall-Dale High School teachers for their outstanding community service. The ceremony will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, following the selectmen’s meeting at the Town Office on Maine Avenue in Farmingdale.
The nominees are Kendra Guiou and Jeremy Porter. These awards are sponsored by the Farmingdale Historical Society in recognition of their above and beyond assistance and understanding abilities to help the students. The awards will be presented by students.
