Chef Michael Garaghty, the corporate chef for Wusthof Cutlery, a prominent knife company based in Germany, will come to LeRoux Kitchen on May 14 for a Wusthof Cutlery Trunk Show.
The free event begins at 9 a.m. and will be held in the second floor kitchen of the Old Port store at 161 Commercial St.
Garaghty will demonstrate basic knife skills, butterflying and boning meats and chicken, and honing and sharpening basics. LeRoux also will offer exclusive discounts and one-day-only special promotions.
