The Franklin County Unit of the Maine Retired Educators will meet at 11 a.m. Monday, May 16, at the White Elephant Restaurant in Strong. The meeting will be followed by lunch.
The featured speaker will be Heidi Richards of Strong Elementary School who received a grant from the Retired Teachers for an after-school program promoting art appreciation.
There will also be a Necrology service honoring deceased members.
