WATERVILLE — Fred Stubbert, a former city councilor, will continue a free lecture series on orchestral music Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Waterville Public Library with “Today’s Mozarts Write Film Scores,” a talk about music written for modern movies.

The event will be held on the third floor of the library. The summer schedule for Stubbert’s continuing series has not yet been set, as the library is not open on Sundays in the summer.
