AUGUSTA — A Randolph man was convicted of operating under the influence and criminal mischief following a two-day jury trial held at the Capital Judicial Center.

Joshua T. Williamson, 33, was sentenced to serve an initial 20 days in jail and placed on one year of probation. The remainder of the 364-day sentence was suspended.

He was fined $700 and his driver’s license was suspended for three years.

The offenses occurred Aug. 15, 2015, in Gardiner.

Williamson was represented by attorney Darrick Banda and the prosecutor was Assistant District Attorney Alisa Ross.
