I believe that how we look after the children in our area who are facing challenges is a good measure for judging how a candidate for office will serve all the people in her district. Patsy Crockett is running for Kennebec County commissioner, and I can testify that she has met this standard. For a number of years she served on the board of directors of the Children’s Center in Augusta, and during that time she helped develop and carry out programs that are helping area children have better futures.

What I’ve seen of her work with children convinces me that Patsy would be outstanding as our county commissioner. I’ll be voting for her in the June 14 primary election.
