Waldoboro Word of Life Church has set up its tent at the top of the hill at Maine Top Mill across from Ralph’s Homes on US Route 1 in Waldoboro.
Gospel concerts are planned every Friday at 7 p.m. featuring both local and out-of-state gospel musicians. Sunday evening services beginning at 6 will also take place with four different area pastors. Revival meetings will be held the evenings of Sunday, July 24, through Wednesday, July 27.
Mark Holden, pastor of the North Waldoboro and Union Churches of the Nazarene, will share a message at the first Sunday evening service under the tent June 5.
An offering will be taken at the services and concerts to help cover expenses.
Bob Weintraub and his daughter, Erin, who own Cloud Hollow Farm in Waldoboro, an alpaca farm on the Medomak River, lease the space at the top of the hill. All events will be held rain or shine and all are welcome. Sunday evening services begin at 6 p.m.
