Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center’s advanced professional senior fitness instructor and trainer will conduct an It’s All About Walking workshop at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, June 16, at the Damariscotta Mills Fish Ladder Fish House, Route 215, in Nobleboro. Rain date Thursday, June 23.
Put on a pair of walking shoes and meet Robin Maginn to explore Maine’s outdoors by walking along the host of trails maintained by the areas land trusts and conservancies.
Participation fee is $5 for community members who are new to Maginn’s fitness program.
