The Pittsfield Public Library will hold its seventh annual Open Invitational Juried Art Exhibit during the Central Maine Egg Festival.

Local artists can submit original art — painting, drawing, printmaking, fiber, sculpture, photography. Because of limited space, two items per artist will be accepted and art 16 inches by 20 inches is the largest framed piece that can be exhibited. Digital photos of all submissions can be emailed to [email protected] before Thursday, June 30. Artists will be notified by Tuesday, July 5, if their submission will be exhibited.

Set up for the art show will be Monday, July 11. The Friends of the Library will host an artist’s reception from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 12. The show will run through Saturday, July 16.

Art work can be picked up after the show on Monday, July 18.
