Steven R. Bizeau, 50, of St. Albans, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to stop, remain, render aid in personal injury, all April 23, 2016, in St. Albans; $1,700 in fines, Department of Corrections three-year sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two-year probation, six-year license and registration suspension.

Michelle Brann, 31, of Solon, operating while license suspended or revoked Feb. 3, 2016, in Madison; $250 fine.

Dylan A. Brown, 24, of Madison, arson and burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 24, 2016, in Anson; eight-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but three years suspended, four-year probation, $500 restitution. Aggravated criminal mischief same date and town, dismissed.

Colleen Butera, 42, of Stetson, assault May 9, 2015, in Detroit; 90-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year administrative release.
