In a three-way race for two seats on the Board of Selectmen, Rangeley voters ousted one incumbent and re-elected another in Tuesday’s election.

Shelly Lowell was re-elected to the board with 207 votes. Newcomer James Carignan was elected to the second open position with 147, narrowly beating incumbent Donald Nuttal, who received 136 votes.
