Kindred Hearts, southern gospel singing group based in central Maine, will share their music ministry at 7 p.m. Friday, June 24, under the tent at the top of the hill across from Ralphs Homes in Waldoboro.
Kindred Hearts includes three siblings, Brian Woodbury, Amy Woodbury Dillon and Diane Woodbury Briggs, and their cousin, Kevin Lasselle.
The group began its journey in 1995 and have released 3 CDs over the years and released their fourth this year, “All In Your Hands.”
Their style encompasses a mix of southern gospel classics, traditional and contemporary worship, along with original compositions, accompanied by keyboard, bass and acoustic guitar. The majority of their newest CD features songs written by group members.
There is plenty of parking and the concert will go on rain or shine. Bring metal or lawn chairs, or a cushion.
