GREENVILLE, S.C. — Kate Brokaw, of Manchester, Maine, graduated May 7 from Furman University. She was one of 598 students awarded undergraduate and master’s degrees during graduation exercises.

Approximately 7,100 people attended the commencement activities in Paladin Stadium.
