WEST HARTFORD, Conn. — Three local students were named to the 2016 spring dean’s list at the University of Hartford.

They include Alicia Rowe, of Livermore Falls, Maine, James Watts, of Manchester, Maine, and Mollie Sharples, of Detroit, Maine.
