Duane Bailey, 28, of Grand Island, and Carver, Massachusetts, burglary June 30, 2015, in Weld; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 30, 2015, in Weld; two counts burglary July 1, 2015, in New Vineyard; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 1, 2015, in Jay; two counts of arson June 27, 2015, in Wilton; 12-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but four years suspended, $21,958 restitution, four-year probation. Criminal conspiracy and two counts arson June 27, 2015, in Wilton, dismissed. Violating condition of release Dec. 19, 2015, in Farmington, dismissed.

David L. Beisaw, 58, of Wilton, failure to provide and display registration Feb. 15, 2016, in Wilton; $100 fine.

Paige Berry, 46, of Weld, operating under the influence June 17, 2015, in Weld; $1,400 in fines, 10-day jail sentence, three-year license and registration suspension.

Leo T. Bissonnette, 28, of New Sharon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 23, 2015, in New Sharon; one-year all-suspended Department of Corrections sentence, two-year probation, $112.56 restitution. Misuse of identification and refusing to submit to arrest or detention same date and town, dismissed.
