Tibbetts earns Citizenship Award
MADISON – Sen. Rod Whittemore, R-Skowhegan, and Rep. Brad Farrin, R-Norridgewock, presented the Secretary of State’s Eighth Grade Citizenship Award on June 8 to Madison Junior High School student Caitlin Tibbetts. The award recognizes one eighth-grade student from each Maine school who demonstrates the qualities of active participation in civic or community activities, good scholarship, and school involvement.
