Maine-ly Harmony, an a cappella women’s chorus based in Augusta, will hold its annual fundraiser yard sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31, at the shady gardens of Fred and Linda Davis in Palermo.
Among the tables of treasures brought together by the 25-member chorus, will be the bargain-priced perennials dug up from the Davises’ Hill Gardens.
The event will also feature barbershop harmony quartets to entertain, and refreshments.
The chorus entertains various audiences such as the Togus VA veterans, the elderly in nursing homes and senior housing, as well as fundraising concerts for charities and nonprofits. The annual yard sale helps pay for the expenses involved.
