6:00 p.m., Michelle Martin, 43, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 10:55 p.m., Jody Joseph Norman was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Sunday at 12:02 a.m., Edward A.
