IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Saturday at 12:12 a.m., Ryan Noles, 40, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

5:13 p.m., Ira Hatch, 18, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release, operating without a license and illegal attachment of plates.

6:00 p.m., Michelle Martin, 43, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 10:55 p.m., Jody Joseph Norman was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Sunday at 12:02 a.m., Edward A. Sincyr, 44, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening; disorderly conduct; failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth; refusing to submit to arrest or detention; criminal possession of a firearm by a prohibited person; criminal reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
