So Susan Collins isn’t voting for Donald Trump (“Susan Collins: ‘I will not be voting for Donald Trump,” Aug. 8). That’s front-page news?

Collins is a career politician. I’ve never voted for Collins, and in retrospect I cannot name a single thing she has done for me.

Who we vote for and why is a personal decision granted to all of us and should be a private matter, not a newspaper column.

But I’ll tell you what I know for sure, Collins isn’t have any trouble putting food on her family’s table, living in nice homes, and driving expensive cars. And I’m almost thinking those nice things are from our tax dollars.
