WATERVILLE — Healthy Waterville will present LBGTQ & Transgender Culture from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Waterville Public Library, 73 Elm St.

The free community training is designed to expand knowledge, understanding and cultural competency; bring questions.

Students, parents, educators, medical professionals, customer service staff, community health professionals, faith-based community members, public volunteer groups, and all interested in increasing the health and wellbeing of the community are welcome.

Quinn Gormley from Health Equity Alliance will be the guest speaker.

Participants are asked to RSVP; free dinner is included. Registration strongly requested, but not required.
