IN CHINA, Monday at 4:19 p.m., Dwayne A. Kuse, 46, of South China, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, refusing to sign a criminal summons, three counts of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and four counts of terrorizing.

IN FAIRFIELD, Sunday at 5:01 p.m., Gerald E. Ryder, 47, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Monday at 5:48 p.m., Brandi A. LaPorte, 33, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.
