THORNDIKE — Callie Brann scored with 3:04 left in regulation to give the Gardiner field hockey team a 2-1 victory over Mount View in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference game Wednesday afternoon.

Hailee Lovely gave the Tigers (3-0) a 1-0 lead when she scored with 20:44 left in the second half. Mount View (0-3) tied it when Rachelle Ravin scored about three minutes later. Mount View goalie Alexis Bowman had 18 saves.

WINTHROP 2, HALL-DALE 1: Winthrop scored a goal in each half to earn a win over Hall-Dale in Mountain Valley Conference action.

Brianna McClue scored 15 minutes into the game. Kinli DiBiase followed with a goal with three minutes remaining in the game. Corinna Coulton was in the cage and didn’t have to make a save for Winthrop (2-0).

Kaylee Magee stopped 15 shots for Hall-Dale (0-2).

OAK HILL 13, TELSTAR 0: Mercedes Pease had a hat trick to spark the Raiders to the MVC win in Bethel.

Maegan Sheehy had two goals and an assist for Oak Hill (2-0) while Lexi Faucher and Erika Hannigan also had two goals apiece. Hayden Spencer, Zoe Buteau, Abby Asselin and Bryanna Foster had one goal apiece. Mackenzie Thibeault and Hayley Salger combined time in the cage and did not have to make a save.

Penny Morton made 37 saves for Telstar (0-2).

GIRLS SOCCER

VALLEY 0, PINE TREE 0: Samantha West had 12 saves for Valley while counterpart Sarah Delaware had 12 for Pine Tree as the squads settled for a scoreless draw in Freeport.

BOYS SOCCER

LISBON 3, OAK HILL 1: Noah Austin, Josh Huston and DJ Douglass each scored a goal to lift the Greyhounds to the MVC win Tuesday. Jonah Sautter made six saves for Lisbon (1-0-1). Evan Boston scored for Oak Hill (1-1-0) while Marcus Bailey stopped 21 shots.
