Why is Gov. Paul LePage being allowed to make the decision whether or not to resign his position?

This is the same man who made the decision to tell the president of the United States to “go to hell”; who said black men were coming to Maine to deal drugs and get “white girls pregnant”; who misused the power of the office he holds to cause a respected legislator to lose his job just because the governor didn’t agree with him; and finally who decided to leave an extremely nasty voice mail for another well-respected legislator and openly said he wished it were a century ago so he could challenge this man to a duel and “shoot him between the eyes.”

It is obvious this man has made enough bad decisions and is beyond logical thought. The Legislature needs to make the right decision and remove him from office.
